Grief: The Uninvited Companion is for those who have loved and are living through loss. Join us for this 4-part series where we will gain tools for befriending grief as the life-long companion. Together, we can learn how to grieve well, and live again.

The Gathering Well is a replenishing space for Black Women to gather and be well. During our 4 gatherings, women will gain insight and tools to help navigate unhelpful thoughts and feelings and embrace the refreshing wellness they desire.
